I knew that Quail Lady couldn't resist. She has so many rare ones she likes to show off.

Black was what the breeder told me it was. LOL.

I love your fallows, I've always wanted a pair, but I think I'll stick with my four for now.

I may be able to send some red boys for your red girls that way you will get red eggs, not literally but you know what I mean. I am trying to load up my reds for the season, if I get too many boys, I will be able to offer some.

Quaillady, please tell me that you got Shellys English with recessive gold!! I saw that bird and just drooled over it. Just couldn't talk hubby into it. Maybe next spring if you have some solid reds I'll be able to get some from you and Shelly. I was hoping to get some from Sam but he sold out before I could get any from him.

Love the valley quail!!

We have them running around wild here. My grandpa wants me to come and trap the ones that eat his garden and dig up the flowerbeds.

Isn't it illegal to catch birds from the wild?

I would assume so depending on what state your in Because California its there State Bird. Here they require game license and NPIP certification.
