Coloring: Columbian and Light Brahma

I have seen what is called Columbian coloring on a Cochin. To me it looks just like the coloring on a Light Brahma. So is a Light Brahma just a Brahma with Columbian coloring? Do chickens other than Cochins come in Columbian coloring??

The Buff and Lt Brahmas have the Columbian gene-that's what makes that pretty Elizabethan collar effect. Light Sussex also have that.
