Colors and what gender maybe?

So I got 4 quail and was hoping if someone could help me out and determine some of the colors of 2 of my quail and maybe sex too.

What kind of quail are they? I don't think you'll be able to tell the gender yet.

I was mainly wanting the color but they are fairly young. They are 1-2 weeks. The lavender one (is that what it's called? I know a similar color to that is called lavender in chickens) is 1 week the others are 2 weeks.

Are you able to talk to this guy?
Ask him where his stock came from?

Looks like a SSC(silver) and a Rosetta...maybe.
Neither of which will be sexable by feather color.

Well I do have an Italian too which if I'm correct is feather sex-able. I'm also really new with quail as I got them yesterday. I have no contact info for him.
