Columbian Cochins " Is anybody as crazy about them as I am?"

I absolutely love Columbian Cochins. MSbear in WV has beautiful birds which I cant wait to get some eggs from. Does anybody in Missouri have them or breed them?

When I was a kid we had a Columbian Cochin and we called her the granny hen because she was the best momma hen on the planet... and she once hatched out over 30 chicks! Seriously. I don't know how she did it other than she had LOTS of feathers and she was big.

We could count on her to go broody twice a year.

I'm not in Missouri, but I've got some that I hatched from Erin (MsBear). They're about 2 months old and some of the cutest things I've ever seen.
