My columbian wyandotte seems to not want to be with the others. She is so friendly, doesn’t even hesitate if I try to hold her. We have 9 chickens 1 rooster. This just started. We let them free range and twice today she was in a completely opposite area of the yard. But I do feel like the rooster is hardest on her. Is this normal for them. I should have added she is my only columbian wyandotte

How old are these birds....and how long have you had them?

What exactly does this mean?
Is he driving her way from the flock......are other females also doing this?
They are 17 weeks we’ve had them since they were a week old. I feel like he just goes to her more then the others.

Hard to say why he likes her the best....it happens.
She may be trying to stay away from his advances.
Or she could just be a 'loner', that happens too.

The pullets maybe getting close to Point Of Lay,
behaviors can be odd around that time.

FYI-PSA.....semantics, maybe, but can be important communication terms when discussing chicken behavior.
Female chickens are called pullets until one year of age, then they are called hens.
Male chickens are called cockerels until one year of age, then they are called cocks(or cockbirds or roosters).
Age in weeks or months is always a good thing to note.
