I have 12- 3 week old chicks, and one of my leghorns is way bigger than the others and already has a big comb. They are all supposed to be pullets. Do some mature faster than others?

Is the comb different in color?
If they’re 3 weeks old and already has a comb chances are it’s a boy.
One of my chicks developed a RED comb by the time he was under 2 weeks. He is half leghorn
Well I say red but now it looks pink, she is taller than the rest
I know it's hard to tell but compared to the other leghorn...she's huge
