Comb Genetics

I live in a cold climate and am wanting to create my own mutts that will have small combs, be descent layers, be somewhat meaty and interesting looking! I am ordering chanteclers (small "cushion" comb), EE's (pea comb? I think), and russian orloffs (walnut comb). If I was to cross these breeds over a long period of time what kind of comb could these birds have?

I am also thinking about maybe throwing in some salmon faverolles (single comb). What could I come up with?

Also, a question for you EE folks. If I continuously crossed EE's with these breeds will I lose egg color? Thanks!

IF all of your chickens are crossed ee's they all lay green/blue eggs and all have pea combs.
