Comb lesions / sores!!!

It's fowl pox, a virus mainly caused by mosquitos. Not much you can do about it. It'll take a few weeks to go away. Your other birds will probably get it as well. Eggs are safe to eat. Eliminate mosquito breeding areas; standing water etc...

The skeeters are bad here as well, especially after Beryl and more recently Debby. Luckily most of my chickens have had fowl pox in the past and are now immune to that particular strain. Yours will too once they get over it.

I'm glad to know she'll be ok.

As far as I know, some type of Newcastle Disease vaccine can help prohibit Fowl Pox virus replicating. Good luck
