Comb pecked off

My large Ameraucana is pecking two of my Serama hens. (They have lived together about 4 years, this is new) One of them has hardly any comb left. I thought it was because of some kind of predator we've been having trouble with, but then I caught Millie doing it.
Will the comb grow back? Do they make little helmets? I 'd like to make one with spikes to teach Millie a lesson! (kidding, not kidding)

Combs do not grow back. I'd separate Millie from the Seramas before she scalps them.

I put Millie in time out for 2 weeks in a separate run attached to the main run. Put her back and she has been on her best behavior.
