Is the red part on the hens head dry due to lack of getting enough water? Do you think? I am guessing here. I just bought her yesterday. It's not as supple and soft and red and my chicken I own already.
I don't know the name of her she has like a weird spiky top - reminds me of Tina Turner. Her tail feathers kind stick straight out the back. She's pretty white with some light brown tones.
Does anyone know if water is reason for her being dry in the the comb/face/wattles/earlobe?
