Comb/Waddle Grey - Not Laying

Gladys (14 month Wellsomer) molted 4 months ago. She has all of her feathers back, but her comb and wattle are still greyish and she has not laid an egg since. She seems otherwise healthy, actively foraging and exploring, and pooping. Her appetite has decreased (maybe due to not laying), but she still enjoys treats and foraging. Also, she has been alone since May when her companion Buff Orpington died suddenly (suspect heart attack). We have 4 pullets that are due to join her in February. We have been trying socialize them with her (we keep them contained in a “nursery coop” while she free ranges around them). She does not show much interest in them unless we plant treats around their enclosure. I’ll try to add a phot but not sure if I am doing it correctly. Any ideas on what is ailing her?

Her comb is a bit dry, you can rub a little vaseline onto it if your temperatures aren't very cold.
I don't really read or see anything that is too concerning. Welsummers are not prolific layers, so she may not come back into lay until days are longer and it's warmer.

If she's active, eating/drinking, then I would just keep watch on her.
