Combining 2 Chick Flocks

I am having problems with flock integration also. I purchased 12 chicks before Easter. Six were assorted pullets and about double the size of the others. Took them home and put them all together. In short order, the larger chicks started picking on the small ones. The smaller ones are 4 red sex links and 2 Americaunas. I now have them outside in the chicken coop/run that is separated in half. They have all been out there for a week. I have tried to let them mingle for a while in the evenings, but the larger chicks, I think I have a couple Leghorns and the other four I don't know (they are all white), harass the others terribly. Especially the Americaunas. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I have 2 larger chicks in my group of 6. I have not seperated them,but I will if the pecking gets worse.Eventually THEY will get pecked when I add them to my older flock.What goes around.....
