Combining Mixed Age Chicks

I have two batches of chicks that are 13 days apart in age. Six of the chicks are 24 days old and 15 chicks that are 11 days old. They are currently in the same brooder with a wire partition seperating them.

I am wanting to remove the divider at some point. Would it be okay to combine them now, or should I wait a little longer before merging?

You can always try it and keep an eye on them. I am sure they will be fine the age gap isn't that much. If they have a huge problem (which I doubt) you could always just seperate them again.

I like your brooding box. I am no expert but I think it would be OK to merge them. I would try it & watch them.
