They fight. Creep up on each other then peck and start flogging. I let them fight it out for a minute, but I usually have to break it up. Their coops are sitting right next to each other. Not even enough space to walk in between.

I think you're going to have to make a thread on it, I'm not very experienced with integration.

I'm not that worried. At this point, one flock has 3 hens and a rooster. The other has 1 hen and 1 rooster so I have a dozen Blue Cochin Bantam eggs in the incubator to get a few more hens for that flock. I figure it works out if I have 5+ young ones who will submit to the older hen and the older hen sees no danger, and she is outnumbered.
