So I ordered cochins from Ideal and the packing peanuts that were included were 8 Leghorns.... I assume leghorn number one because really, how valuable is a leghorn roo to the average person? No eggs AND no meat!? And number two, they are all white and have MONDO combs that are already flopping over at 3 weeks old. But 2 of them have lighter colored combs that are about 1/2 the size of the others. So, how do you tell with Leghorns what is what?

Leghorns do get their combs fast, but if they're only 3-4 weeks old and already have red, floppy combs, they sure sound like roos. Can you post pics of the ones you're not sure about?

Here is what 6 out of 8 look like...

And this is what the two in question look like...

So, do leghorn pullets get a comb fast too? Could I possibly have 2 pullets? I dont want to keep them all till they crow...lol

I have a couple leghorns and the first one for sure is a roo, but the second one looks kinda like a pullet to me. The comb is still kind of yellowish and lighter, but I could be wrong.

Sorry, they don't send pullets as peanuts

Some roosters will develop the comb slower. HOWEVER, sexing is not 100% that is why they gurantee 90% pullets down to 75% pullets depending on where you buy them. So it is possible you got a pullet, but I would start planning on what you're going to do with 8 cornish gan hen sized fryers. I smell a bbq!

I have 6 white leghorns, about 6 weeks old and 5 of them have a comb half that size (of the 1st you have pictured) and yellowish-pink. The 6th one has a much smaller comb that is all yellow. I assume the 5 are roos and the one is hen, but no crowin' goin' on yet, lol. yet... their behavoir just boggles me though, I just can't be sure. ?
So, sorry I'm no help
