I understand that this is the new member introduction area. Most new members gravitate to this area as a starting point. As much as people are introducing themselves, they also ask lots of good questions that get answered as "welcome to BYC. As much as we want to welcome them, we need to also help answer any questions they may have.

You can post questions in other forums. Press the index tab towards the top left and there are several forums to choose from. This particular forum is a greeting forum for new members. Good luck.

I usually try to direct them to the appropriate section .. they'll get better and more prompt answers to their questions.

I don't know alot of answers, that's why I spent my energy welcoming newcomers!
