Mab would love nothing better than the chance to get in the pen with those big "squeaky toys". I'm sure she would be a superb preditor given half a chance. Maybe chicken and vermin are the same thing is Welsh Terrorist. However, last fall she did tree a possum in a fig tree near the chickens pen. Sure did hate it that I blew the top out of that tree but there is one less possum in the world to worry about.

This is Grace, our farm dog. She is very sweet! She is not outside full time yet but will be soon! She has adopted some of our chicks as her own and takes care of them

Edited to add, these are more farm 'divas' than anything else. They prefer to sleep on a comfy bed rather than the hard ground, or a lumpy dogbed!
