My girls are so big they only 12 weeks old I just idk whare to put this what do I expert when they first start laying eggs I got 4 girls posbly one is a male but it’s still hard to tell

They have coop and run but we bring them inside Becuse two loves the inside attention they are feeding more in human attention but one hates new pepol and will bite anyone new we even gotten them a harness for like a dog/cat and use it on them and walk them if they want to go farther then the run
