Chickens! I have no idea what I'm doing but I am getting some chickens come spring! I'm reading books and threads every night after the kids are asleep, I am very excited to get some layers- I'm thinking black(possible Wheaton/silver) ameraucana pullets, possibly bantams.. Can't decide.. Still learning but I think they would be best for a small coup for fun and around kids in the nd cold windy winters and hot humid summers, what do you think?
