We are a small farm in Virginia that have had chickens for years but have just in the past year decided to specialize in only 2 breeds (Delawares and Welsummers)as they seem to suit us best. Have dabbled in breeding Sicilain Buttercups and Easter eggers. We also breed Nigerian Dwarf Goats. My wife of 35 years and I enjoy the outdoor aspect of raising animals and the joy the bring. Anyone in the area is always welcome to stop by for cold drink and conversation. Happy to be in this forum and look forward to learning from all the folks (new and old) about our cackling friends.
