Does anyone have some pics showing the differences between the chocolate brown and black runners?
My runner is a very very dark dark brown with a bit of the pearl grey under his wings, a nice irridescent sheen to his feathers and back, a greenish colored beak.
I'm not sure what to call him.

Hang on . . . I've got some pics around here somewhere . . . .

Here we go:

Two chocolates and a black. Since this was taken, the ducks with green highlights on their bills now have blue highlights. This is Drei, Zehn, and Zwei.

If the duck is a very dark brown, then he is not a black. Black should be that raven's wing color with no brown or red sheen to it.

Yep, very very very dark brown equals chocolate. Even darker than the brown ones in Amiga's photo. Chocolate can look almost black until you see them next to a true black.
