Completely new, do my Buff Orpingtons need to move outside?

I just got 10 Buff Orpingtons 4 weeks ago from TSC. From what I read, the chicks would have been just a few days old. These are pics of them yesterday at 4 weeks and the brooder. I wanted to check with you guys to see if the age seems right, if the brooder is too crowded, and what to do (Do I need to move them to a pen outside during the day, do I need to just move them to coop/run, do I need to keep them inside until they are completely feathered?) I live in central GA, so the weather is warm but has been getting down to 40's at night. The run/coop will be temporary until I can afford/build something better suited to the flock, Since I don't know how many girls I have it is hard to determine the right size. Currently run is 13' x 9 1/2' with old dog house in it 3' x 4'.

Plus, if any of you experts wanted to try and give me a guess as to how many males and females (I heard its nearly impossible until they start laying eggs). I didn't take a pic of # 10 since everyone already said my Gerite is a Gordy.

Thank you all!

They look a little younger than 4 weeks, but maybe they're just feathering in slower. Brooder space seems ok right now.

They can move out once they're mostly feathered in and fully off heat, though you can start taking them outside for brief field trips in an enclosed pen on nicer days, as long as you can keep an eye on them.
