Completely new to this, in hot, humid TX

I'm in Florida and it is 80 in the sun so I think like 70-75 in shade. Is it ok for 2 wk old EE to be in the shade for like an hr.?

I would certainly think so. I make sure my fledgelings have some sun and some shade in their pen when I put them outside. They may peep and be uncomfortable at first simply because it's "different". Give them time to adjust.
