Composting Chicken Poop!

Hi!
What's your advice on composting chicken poop! My 3 new outdoor hens sure are making alot!

Watch the pine shavings if you use them. They will compost but take a long time.
Poo by itself composts quick.
 
(Following up on PurpleChicken . . . ) If you have a lot of carbonous material that you are pulling out with only a little nitrogenous poop - you may need to make some changes in the mix to achieve quicker decompostion.

The easiest way to deal with "too little poop and too much litter" is to add something like ammonium sulfate - a high nitrogen fertilizer. Adding some soil also helps in my compost piles.
