Composting with medicated chickens

Apologies if this has been asked; if so, I couldn't find the thread.

I have 8-week old chickens who are on medicated chick feed. I'm wondering if I can compost their feces or if the medication will screw up the composting process or anything (being antimicrobial). I have tons and tons of straw with feces from cleaning their coop and would love to throw it all in the compost bin if possible.

I don't think the medication in chicken feed has antibiotics. It is to help prevent coccidiosis.

Right, but can I compost it? There's also bits of food in the straw as well by the way.
