reinstalling windows isn't the best way to do it. factory reset is ok i guess. being aware of your config and what is starting up with your computer is still highly recommended for anyone at all.

huh

got me confused again.

i made a new thing that you log into, after that it said start. i hit start, now it gave me a blank screen (besides the background picture) and the mouse does not appear on the screen

is it just loading?
