concern over 1 of my warren hens

Hi my names eva i have 3 beautiful warrens who normaly all lay an egg a day. One of my hens has not been laying for last 3 days, they all fed same and she seems happy. Anyone got any answers, shes 7 months old. Thanks

Glad you could join the flock! Have you checked to see if she has an stuck? This may not be the case as you have said she seems normal in her behaviour. She may just be having a couple of days off. I have a Amber hen who sometimes takes a break for a couple of days now and then and it's nothing to worry about.

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! Some times young birds especially will skip a few days, be sure to give her a really good going over, check her vent etc. Also check for hidden nests / if she could be hiding eggs anywhere. Are you sure it is the same hen who hasn't laid an egg for three days? (could the hens have taken turns skipping a day, Warrens are great layers, but even production birds do occasionally take a day off.)
