you may want to cover the wood chips with paper towel. Young chicks sometimes eat them and it causes problems. I hope she gets better

Sometimes some chicks just can't thrive and it completely is heartbreaking. I would seperate that one from the others and just continue to monitor her. Give her some heat and just extra attention. Traveling is so rough on little chicks and only the strongest seem to pull through and thrive through it. If she's going to pull through you'll notice a difference in her by tomorrow. Just keep doing what you're doing. I would be too afraid to do much more since she's so fragile at the moment.
