Concerned about poo

The chicks are 4-5 days old and I'm seeing very brown liquid poo. I've added some quick chik to the water and some avian charge to the food that makes everything a dark brown. Only one chick so far has displayed any evidence of poo butt. Is there anything I should be concerned about? Thanks

I think thats normal with the additives your giving them. I would put them on plain water and food. The poo should clear up in a couple of days. The chicks should do fine without the extras in the food and water at this time. Good Luck.

Sounds to me like you are describing cecel (or ceceal) poo. Happens every six to ten movements and is completely normal:

Thanks so much for the reassurance. I've already cut down the 'healthy additives'.
