Concerns about coop/run placement

I am thinking about starting up with a few hens and am concerned with the trees in the run area. I have a cherry, apricot, and peach in my yard, and there is an oak tree behind me. Will the pits / acorns pose a threat to them?

I would think you'd have some happy chickens! I see no problems except glutteny
