Hi I was wondering if I could keep my chickens on concrete there is a patch of grass which is probably 2x2 inside

Yes, that would be fine. Would you be putting wood shavings over the concrete? It would be best for warmth.

Is this under the coop or the run?
Coop, yes..... for run I'd say no, chickens like to dig and scratch and dust bathe.
