just the chucks like my other girls. I fear though that she has turned out to be a he. I can't have a too so if indeed my thoughts are correct ill have to either find him a new home or put him in a pot. Hatched end of August / beg of sept. I would have thought to hear at least a garbled crow by now if it were a roo but I can't go just by that. So lemme know what you think.

100% cockerel. See those long, skinny, shiny, pointy feathers hanging down his back in front of his tail? Those are saddle feathers, and are 100% only found in males.

That's what I thought but I was hoping not. The kids will be sad :0(
 
That's a male, sorry.

Orpington males can be slow to announce their presence verbally, but those saddle feathers are all male.
