Just want to confirm my roo suspicion before i send them to the farm (literally, not figurativly) cant have roos here and i don't have room to keep them all much longer!

They are 11 weeks old, i believe they are australorps, spash, blue and black? The splash has me confused, the comb and wattles scream roo, but its tail feathers seem to be coming in well formed and rounded, whereas the darker two have the roo looking feathers. They are so hard to get photos of! I'll ask about the sussex later, keeping them for a little longer as they seem much harder to sex. Thanks!

Yeah, really was just wishfull thinking on thensplash lol, they are rather big and red. Fingers crossed for one of the sussex, they are looking redish too, but not as big and red as these

They're just at the age cockerel feathers are coming in. If you're at all unsure, grab them and look for the emerging saddle on the lower back. But with that much comb in that bright of a color? I don't think you're wrong.

male gender feathering - pointy hackle and saddle feathers don't develop till 12 weeks of age + give them a little more time
