Conflict within Daphne’s flock - need ideas!

Pics
I am so happy to hear that Team Daphne is doing fine and that they instantaneously befriended each other. That's kind of rare for ducks. The Scovettes will get over it!
As for the drinking water: Ducks only drink water in which another duck swum! And poop-tea tastes even better! :sick
This winter has been a mess even here in WV: The pond is frozen, the pool is frozen and the waterers partially freeze over during cold nights, so in the afternoon i fill a concrete mixing tub with house-warm water for them and they all try to get in at once, all thirty-nine!

I’ve had to geese in a cement mixing tub an that was full up 39 ducks in one would be a pile! Great to hear Daphne and new friends are doing great♥️ My Muscovy all stick together (5). They rarely interact with the Runners an Buffs. Except one she hatched them so she sleeps with them. She has to keep her kids in line.

Well they were not inside that tub all at once, but they tried really hard.

If you are wanting to send the scovies to a non eating home I might know of one here in vt.

At this point, I have no intention of rehoming the ‘Scovettes unless it becomes something that would be in their best interest. They certainly are causing zero problems now. I actually feel a bit bad for them as the Brown Duck Brigade has taken over control, and the ‘Scovettes are letting them rule the barn. They are entirely harmless, but it’s amazing how quickly three Rouens can finish all the good treats from both bowls, even though the bowls are on opposite sides of the barn. They have the appetites of Golden Retrievers! All will be well once everyone can forage, although we are still two months away from that...

Glad to hear it is working out! My Rouens are the most inquisitive and bold of the flock, i can easily see them being the ring leaders in any gang.
