Confused about my non-bearded black silkie pullet.

Can anyone help me with a gender on this? I have only ever had white silkies...

"She" is approx. 13wks old and so far I haven't heard any crowing.

Looks like it could be a hen....but they're so hard to sex you're never certain until they lay or crow!
