Confused on turning eggs in bator................

I am kinda new. I have a Little giant given to me. I was warned to keep temp even so do not open it. also told to turn eggs 3 times a day. ok whats the trick? how do you turn them without opening it?

I ordered a new bator but not here yet.

if you dont have a egg turner you have to open the bator to turn the eggs.just dont take to long doing it so the eggs wont cool off its no big deal.it wont take that long to turn them.

Opening the 'bator is ok. It takes 20 minutes for the eggs to start cooling off, even if
the temperature inside the 'bator if low.
