White legbars lay blue, so it’s clear the mom isn’t pure.
None of the pictures I’ve seen of cream legbars are that light in color. The head looks right but coloring is off so maybe cross of some kind.

I do agree that it’s likely the seller doesn’t have a clean line of white legbars though, granted they lay white. All in all, these chicks are mutts and should be pretty interesting to watch as they enter adulthood.

Mom appears to be a white LH.

The chicks are barnyard mixes either way. You will need to wait until they are 6 weeks old, then post photos showing combs and wattles for a gender ID. Being part Legbar will not affect sexing them.
