Confusing chick behaviour please help!!

Hi so I have some week old button quail chicks, during the day they are very active eating, drinking, running around sometimes under the heating plate chirping but at night they are soooo loud and they have been huddling in the far end corner right away from the heating plate, I read somewhere that they could be too hot so I keep raising it and watching their behaviour but they just keep being loud and can't seem to settle and keep huddling in the corner being noisy im so confused does any know what could be wrong?

I could maybe try a night light maybe that would help thank you
