confusion oegb/dutch

Hi does anyone know the differences between a dutch bantam and an oegb?
I have an 8 week old chick I thought was an oegb but now I'm thinking it is a dutch

Im pretty sure the difference is Dutch have white earlobes and OEGB have red.
