Confusion using Verm x liquid

I've just received a bottle of Verm X and feel quite confused on recommended dosage.

It says 1.5ml per bird in their, water for three days. As I only have a 10 litre, water feeder for them, is it a case of just adding the treatment to the existing 10litres for days two and three and let them drink it all before I top up/replace or do I reduce the 10litre volume?

Because this product is nothing more than herbs it is only a supplement. It isn't going to treat anything. I don't think it much matters.

If you want them to each have 1.5 ml per bird then add that to as much water as they typically drink in one day.

What were you hoping to treat with this?

Usually when water treating - remove regular water container and put a smaller one with the dosage - for a 48hr period - so they are all thirsty enough to have a drink.
