Hi I live in Fairfield, Connecticut and am looking for a silkie to go broody on some eggs, does anyone sell any? Hens only, I will pay and pick up or pay for drop off. thanks

They sell silkies, among other breeds.

I also live in Fairfield. Nice to know there's someone else on the boards!

Thank you! I have seen that website but cannot take the risk of a rooster as I am worried about upset neighbors. Do you keep roosters in fairfield?

I do not keep any roosters. I did have a "hen" turn out to be a roo, and when she began crowing, my neighbors loved it. But, I decided he had to go because I was worried it would attract too much attention to my house from passersby. We have a lot of foot traffic where I live.
