"Perfect." Cadmus glanced over his shoulder. "An attack should be possible in...oh, shoot, she's here." He growled the last words as a creamy colored griffin appeared in the sky. Urania was really starting to get on his nerves. He had considered dumping her somehow many times before.

Diana's tail flicked with amusement as she watched a rabbit run across the clearing. Her stomach grumbling, she prepared to grab it.

Suddenly the rabbit transformed into a small girl about the age of sixteen with long blonde hair, the dark wolf chasing her halted to a stop.

"Shall I get rid of her? She could be our early undoing." He whispered in Cadmus's ear.

He clenched his beak. "It might come to that," he agreed softly, "But we still need fighters."

"You do realize Cynder and Apex have their entire army as our allies. Urania is not needed."

Diana jumped back in surprise. She hadn't expected another were-creature.

The dark wolf looked at the girl annoyed why didn't she just transform in the first place so he didn't have to waste 20 minutes hunting her and then not be able to eat her because she was really a girl? He turned around and walked off.

"I'll remove her..." Cadmus paused. One soldier wouldn't make a difference...still, the reason Urania had been following him was unnerving to Cadmus. "...Shortly," he finished.

"Very well. I have a council meeting tonight, so I won't be able to execute her anyways." With that, he launched himself in the air towards the lake.
