Consequences of over breeding?

By internal laying, do you mean egg binding?

It is theoretically possible I should think.... Egg binding can be caused by inflammation or scarring of the egg duct. That could happen with over aggressive breeding if it caused vent inflammation or aggravated vent obstruction.

Also depends on the breed you got, some will not go broody much or some will not over do it. But still after that if kept for years and inbreeding occurs, too much inline to the main mother can effect it, but that's just far down the line.
