Conservation Breeding Program Using Hatchery Chickens?

Do you know if when you order fertilized eggs are they collected from the same hen or different hens?

Roll the dice for that answer, might be the same hen, might be a different unrelated hen, might be a sister hen, they might share the same father or might not, and even if they don't share the same father it doesn't mean the fathers were not related... This is why you want to source your breeding stock from breeders that provide you with all those answers with blood like paperwork or DNA workups of their breeding stock... It might should like overkill but this has become pretty much the way it's done for other conservation programs... I was and still am considering getting a pair of Macaws for breeding and i don't think I have come across a legit and serious breeder that isn't offering up heritage blood line paperwork and DNA paperwork on every breeding bird they sell...
