Consistent slab-sided eggs

I have 14 hens, all 1 year old. For the last 1.5-2 weeks, one of them has been laying a slab sided egg every day (I’ll attach photos). The side that is flat is thinner - I’ve accidentally cracked that spot just by gently touching it before. I’m not certain which one is laying them, but I do believe it’s just one hen since I only ever get one egg formed like this per day and some days all eggs will be normal. They all look happy and healthy. They’re fed 16% layer feed and have 24/7 access to oyster shell and grit. I’ve read a little about slab sided eggs, but with it happening this consistently for such a long time, it seems different than a situation where the egg was just held over longer and another egg contacted it.
Any thoughts?

One hen has a minor glitch in her reproductive tract. It may self correct, stay the same or worsen. Only time will tell. Good luck with her.
Would her eggs be considered safe to eat as long as they haven’t cracked, or should I toss them since that spot is thin?

2 weeks ago we had one our girls lay 2 or 3 strange ones in a row. 1st was gritty like sandpaper the 2nd was a crazy mixture of slab-side/wrinkled/mended the shell was hard, but it had obviously been touching another egg for a lengthy amount of time while forming. The 3rd, as most know, was a soft shell and was smashed in the coop. But I managed to get great pics of the 2nd egg. Fascinating how it forms. Oh and it all came down to one of our hens being a bit stressed out due to a very "needy" blue Andalusian Roo named Spock 🖖
The 1st pic is the gritty egg although it's hard to see you can make out the rough texture, the 2nds and 3rd pic are the 2nd egg you can see the cracks wrinkles and slab side and also a large chunk of shell that looks stuck on it. Like I said, the shell was hard like a typical egg it was normal inside and couldn't tell the difference when eaten.
