I have a 3 month old Speckled Sussex who always has loose poop. It's to the point that I can hear her when she goes since it makes a splashing noise as it hits the ground.
(gross!) My main problem is that she sits at the end of the roost at night, and every morning the coop door is covered in poop. The waterer is also covered in the am too. I am constantly washing the coop door & the waterer. I can't move the waterer to another location since I have no where else to put it in the coop. I don't see any worms in the poop, so I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions as to what to do??
I've tried moving her away from the door at night, but she still ends up next to the door.
