Constant Itching!!!!!

I have 2 baby chicks that are in a hutch and in side but i took them out to explore the grass, but even before the outing they have been consistently itching, is something wrong? there is also a bald spot on their wings on both of them but they don't fight that way.what is it?

Mine were like that when they were younger. I think it's the feathers coming in.
