constapated chick with bulge in chest

we just noticed last night that one of our rhode island red chicks several days old who seems to be a little smaller than the other ones was constipated my mom cleaned her butt and said she pooped. today i went down to check on her and she was laying face down seeming to try and poop. i gave her a warm bath and see took a big poop then i noticed a big bulge on her chest making her front heavy making her face plant into the ground. i took her from the rest of the chicks and she seems to be doing alright i was just wondering how to care for the constipation and i was wondering what the bulge was. thanks.

I would guess its the crop full of food. I remember when I first got chick, one of them was a Naked neck and I freaked out because I thought it had a tumor. Turned out to just be the crop
