"constipated" 4 week old chick

One of my 4 to 5 week old chicks seems to be "constipated" She is eating and drinking, but is having trouble getting her poop out...she chirps, flaps her wings a couple of times to get it out....I have given her two baths, as she gets the pasty butt.....any suggestions???

what are you feeding
what kind of bedding are you using
have you decreased the temp at all since you first got them... that's a little old to still be getting pastie butt

I'm feeding them medicated feed with grit mixed in.....I only use heat at night as it is still dropping down into the 30's and 40's here......I use pine shavings for bedding.....I am hoping to move them outside all the time here soon....I let them out for "playtime" for a couple hours a day....This is my first flock and not sure if I am doing everything right, but it seemed kind of odd to me...it is the only one out of 6

try giving them some yogurt, its great for the digestive tract and they love it. That might help
