Constipated/ egg bound hen?

Yesterday my hen was displaying some odd behavior while she was trying to lay her egg. She started panting & when she was getting the egg out of her system, she tilted her body upwards (I'll try to get a picture later to show you what I mean if she does it again, I'm not sure how to explain it).
Is this a sign of her being egg bound? If so, how do I fix it?

Yes, sounds normal. Hens usually stand up or raise their butt to let gravity help the egg come out.

Ohhh ok thank you! My other hen doesn't do that, she usually just sits like a statue until she lays her egg, so I wasn't sure. Have a nice day and/or night y'all!
